chat-island in its own always-on-top window, like the phone island; Chat menu with the conversations and new chat; nethlink://chat?to=<user> opens a conversation.
Chat button and a chat icon on colleague rows while the chat is online; Ctrl/Cmd+Enter chats, Enter still calls.
…d 0.1.6 Chat strings go in src/renderer/public/locales too (the copy the windows read).

Dividers and spacing of the last calls, short dates, comment-dots everywhere, New chat with comment-medical. Italian months and years in full also in the last calls ("2 mesi fa"). Island 0.1.7.
contactsFromOperators from the island; the short date locale lives in lib/dateTime for the last calls and the messages list.
