Bumps the version to 0.9.0 to cut the release, consuming the eleven changesets on main since 0.8.2.

It adds the neevai.agent_tools module (the sandbox tool contract, the file and process tools, specs() and FatalGuard, and the Claude, OpenAI Agents and LangChain adapters), the code interpreter (sandbox.code.run and contexts), sandbox labels, wait_for_snapshot, byte-range file reads, and filters on the audit calls. Two changes break existing code: the audit trail now returns events, so AuditTrail.records becomes data: list[AuditEvent] and the AuditRecord model is gone, and Sandbox.replicas is removed in favour of phase. APIError.body on runtime errors is now the full parsed body. The fixes stop exec, exec_stream, files.watch and processes.get(wait=True) timing out at the client's 60 s read timeout, and stop get_url waiting out its timeout when the app itself answers 403 or 404.

The changesets are consumed into a short 0.9.0 changelog entry (one line per change, breaking changes first), and the changeset directory is empty again. uv.lock changes only the package version.

Checked on the branch: ruff, format, pyright, mypy and pytest (705 passed) are clean, and uv build produces neevai-0.9.0.

Don't tag v0.9.0 until the API serves the new audit trail shape. This client validates every response, so its audit() fails on the old records response.
