Add an explicit collector-backed Kubernetes lane that requires attributed gateway and compute-driver trace receipt for a successful sandbox operation. Keep ordinary lanes without an OTLP endpoint, reject skipped or missing receipts, retain partial diagnostics and bound owned-process teardown. Signed-off-by: Harry Turner <harry.github@loopfeed.com>

Summary
This adds a dedicated Kubernetes E2E lane that starts a real OTLP collector and checks traces from a successful sandbox operation. Missing gateway or compute-driver spans fail the lane clearly. It completes the collector-validation work remaining after #5348.
