πŸ›‘οΈ Sentinel: [MEDIUM] Fix DoS pipe deadlock in AutomationExecutor

🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: The application executed Foundation.Process shell commands and waited for them to exit (process.waitUntilExit()) before attempting to read the standard output and error pipes.
🎯 Impact: If a child process writes more data than the operating system's pipe buffer can hold (typically ~64KB), the child process will block waiting for the parent to read the data. If the parent is blocked on waitUntilExit(), a deadlock occurs, resulting in a Denial of Service.
πŸ”§ Fix: Swapped the order of reading from the pipe and calling waitUntilExit() in TriggerKit/Sources/TriggerKitRuntime/AutomationExecutor.swift to ensure the pipe buffer is drained and the child process can finish executing.
βœ… Verification: Swift syntax validated statically (compiles correctly).

πŸ‘‹ Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.

I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job!

For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with @jules. You can find this option in the Pull Request section of your global Jules UI settings. You can always switch back!
