fix(backend): upgrade grpc to v1.83.2 for xDS DoS advisory - #85

gRPC-Go v1.83.1 xDS servers can crash when a request is missing both the :authority and Host headers. grpc is an indirect dependency pulled in by pkg/firebase via google.golang.org/api. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
