This API is an intent to provided functionality for Alina
The Application on the first veresion should provide:
- Users system
- Group system
- Role management

- Develop integration tests for groups
- Develop all the groups functions
- Develop group functions validators
- Relate users and groups
To do's for the far future
- Update to the newest version of Laravel
- Implement the new permissions features of Laravel on the API
