- The inbox example releases without trust_sender, so trusting the sender no longer reads as routine. - A paragraph says trust_sender works only for mail held as not_allowlisted from an authenticated sender (else 403 trust_not_allowed), and that holds made before screening ran are screened at release on an agent inbox with screening on (409 held_by_screening when screening finds prompt injection or phishing). - The errors section names trust_not_allowed and held_by_screening, and says forbidden and screening_unavailable answer only MCP clients' releases. - The server versions table gains a v0.16.0 row.
