I build things from scratch to understand them properly, then turn each one into an interactive demo you can run in your browser. No installs, no maths degree required.
The rule for this shelf: no libraries doing the interesting part. If the project is about Bitcoin, the elliptic curves are hand-rolled. If it's an OS, so is the scheduler.
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| Hermes | Bitcoin from first principles: keys, transactions, blocks and a real testnet transaction, all hand-built |
| Prometheus | A language model written in C, six models trained from zero, plus an honest tour of what alignment training actually does |
| Kernel | An x86 operating system: boot sector to protected memory and multiple isolated processes |
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| Orrery | The solar system in 3D on real JPL ephemeris data, scrubbable through time |
| Proxima | Every star within 5 parsecs, in 3D, with their real motion through the sky |
| Chiron | Computational physics playground: diffusion, magnets and molecular dynamics |
| Eris | Chaos and nonlinear dynamics: watch order fall apart in slow motion |
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| Aegis | A computer-vision Nerf turret: from-scratch CNN, PID tracking and a safety gate enforced in code |
| Agora | Multi-agent systems: negotiation, auctions and voting, live in the browser |
| Empedocles | Evolutionary algorithms: populations mutating their way to answers |
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| Kybernetes | Control theory you can feel: tune a PID controller by hand and watch it fight back |
| Slipstream | Specialty insurance submissions turned into structured records, with a human firmly in the loop |
