Indicate currently opened project in Browser (#919)#922

In the Mergin Maps Browser tree the currently-open project is now pinned to the top of its workspace, shown with a brand-green folder icon and a " • open" suffix, and the indicator follows the active QGIS project as the user switches or downloads-and-opens projects.

In the Mergin Maps Browser tree, the currently-open QGIS project is now visually distinguished from the rest of the projects:
• opensuffix appended to the project name.The font tweaks are not implemented as
QgsBrowserModeldoesn't exposeQt::FontRoleforQgsDataItem.
