Measured cause: the installer stamps 3 of the 5 marketplace identity fields on Projects$ModuleImpl (AppStoreVersionGuid and AppStorePackageIdString stay empty) and `--file` stamps none, while a Studio Pro install writes all five. Reference values read from a fresh 11.13.0 probe (--file: FromAppStore false, four empty strings) and a real project's Studio Pro-installed Encryption module (all five set). - bug-logs/mxcli-bugs.md: BUG-DRAFT-marketplace-install-not-grouped-in-studio-pro, and a fifth trap on the #879 entry (read the SHOW MODULES Source column). - bug-logs/pending-github-issues/: paste-ready issue draft, NOT YET FILED, with the --file --content-id follow-up ask kept separate. - bug-logs/submitted-prs/mxcli/2026-09-28-marketplace-install-fromappstore/: patch on upstream main 95091765 threading the content id into the stamp and writing all five fields (3 unit tests; go test ./... 84 packages ok). Status READY, not sent: Studio Pro regrouping not yet proven, needs a PAT install with the patched binary and a Studio Pro open. - skills/learned-mdl-preflight.md: STOP row 27 — install by content id, never --file, then read the Source column. - CHANGELOG.md line.
