Hardens the delete race left by #179: the source is atomically renamed (RENAME_NOREPLACE) into a hidden quarantine name in its own directory, re-verified against the copied identity, and only then unlinked; on mismatch it is restored. Residual window (a writer already holding an open fd) is documented.
