The operations page, should with the Head, which is good. But for the operations team, Karl Nelson is the head, but he doesn't want his face on the website. Can you do something that will make that page, without his headshot, and still make the page look interesting, and the IT department needs to be changed to Maintenance department.
. This needs to change as well. All the departments have atleast 5-6 people in the plant. operations has 13. So we can just put their names in Descending order or whatever seems fine with you.
