Porta a convenção pk/sk e o GSI de email do clean_mss_template, e restaura o DTO/repositório Dynamo de User removidos por engano. Related to #23
A tabela do portfolio usa só pk/sk por enquanto; o índice de email fica para depois.
Align workflows, requirements split, and CDK stage handling with the template/teia reference so synth avoids invalid S3 names on PRs.
Resolve environments conflict and align WrongTypeParameter test assertions with the updated error message from clean_mss_template.
Keep delete_user_presenter wrapper and attach observed_handler on lambda_handler to match the other routes after the template sync.
