Exam Bank: Exam renaming: Frontend #313

We should let admins rename the type of an exam, e.g., from "test" to "midterm".
As a first iteration on the frontend design, we could just have clicking the exam type open up a
prompt()window that lets the admin enter a new name, then, upon confirmation, sends a request to the backend.
