Points react-sdk at the new develop heads of js-sdk-core and six providers, so the 0.3.0 release includes the raster resync() fix.

Checked locally: npm run build:packages, node scripts/api-surface.mjs check and npm test all pass.

js-sdk-core#15 runs resync() under the raster controller lock; react-for-maplibre
#20/#21 and react-for-{longdo,mapbox,mappls,maptiler,tomtom} use it instead of
their own, which read the manager outside the lock.
