docs: correct where the exclusion badge and Test Media sit - #143

Maintainerr/Maintainerr#3443 moved both. The EXCL badge went to the card's bottom-left corner, on every page that shows a card, and Test Media went to the collection title row.

Maintainerr/Maintainerr#3443 moved two things the docs point at.
Collections.mdEXCLbadge on the top right of the cardOverviewand on a collection's pages, hidden while the card shows its title and summaryTest-Media.mdxNext only. The versioned copies describe their own releases, where both statements still hold.
static/img/test-media-button.pngis a 143x43 crop of the button itself, so it does not show the old position and needs no retake.
