In #4240 we discussed function declarations vs. arrow functions, and the consensus was to lean towards arrow functions.
This is a follow-up to that: I enabled the ESLint rule
prefer-arrow-callback. All found issues in the affected files were fixed automatically by ESLint itself, no manual changes needed.Outcome: This makes the code more consistent.
