Builds the prodl-core package containing shared Pydantic v2 models, ProDLDownloader (yt-dlp wrapper using asyncio threadpools), async thumbnail fetcher, subtitle lister, and SponsorBlock segment fetcher. All changes are restricted to packages/prodl-core/.
