We're back with another annotation-only update for the garrysmod addon.

I see the metadata update action is failing. I'm assuming this is due to a recent change on the LLS-Addons side (or GitHub's tightening of GH Action permissions) and isn't something I can fix from my end. That said, if there's anything you need me to do, just let me know.

I suppose GitHub made a good decision with adding the warning, but it is a little late (vulnerability has already been used many times). We don't execute any user-submitted code though, so we're fine.

@luttje, can you rebase your PR on the main branch so that the re-enabled workflow is able to run?
