Current line highlight

Is there any way to change the background color of the selected line? I've configured highlighting to show items of interest, but when the line is selected it is very hard to read

Currently there is no possibility to change the current line highlighting. You're right, this can be improved, so that the current line is better readable. I'll mark this as feature
