feat: align commands with interface hierarchy

Summary

• expose public links as catalog link and personal pin state as workspace link-pin
• update account, community section-homework, bus, schedule, and overview calls to canonical generated client methods
• sync and regenerate the client from the Server ownership-aligned OpenAPI contract
• update command registration, help documentation, and root command tests

Validation

• go test ./...
• make check-openapi-sync against the companion Server PR contract
