Repository validation could accept stale README/changelog release versions even when the catalog and activation entry matched. Reject both stale metadata cases and publish the accumulated framework as
2.0.0-preview.5, with current-main guidance, a reproducible tag entry and the owner-selected MIT license. The compact activation, read-only/offline stdlib helper, schema 1 and CLI formats remain intact. Version/catalog/entry/active synthetic examples advance together; historical records and the older
v2branch retain their identities. Release documentation distinguishes controlled Go and disposable rollback/policy coverage from independent IDE, enterprise and production acceptance.Validation:
python tools/exec_ctrl.py validate: 10 modules, 307 supported local links; activation remains 1,264 words.python -m unittest discover -s tests -v: 114 discovered, 112 passed, two host-specific symlink-creation skips.git diff --check: passed. Final-head PR CI and push CI succeeded: all eight Windows/Linux Python 3.10/3.13 jobs passed all 114 tests with no skips, atb9aeb673c7b3dcd4e6d590ed51354962671b1602.Publication is authorized by the owner's request to get the latest version live. This remains a public preview; independent task-plus-link trials and real organization/tooling acceptance remain open.
