The field-trial protocol covered independent tasks in disposable repositories but did not explain controlled revisits of existing projects. Record the preview 4 Ping Monitor revisit, which reproduced incorrect failure statistics and a broken README build command, then verified the local repair with regression tests, temporary NDJSON output, vet and a build.
Add an optional existing-project recipe and template fields for preloaded context, reviewer independence and included/excluded dirty work. Clarify that invalid helper results are JSON on stderr with exit 2; update the publication record with the verified PR #3 merge. The activation entry, adapters, catalog, helper and framework version remain unchanged.
Validation: repository validation passed (10 modules, 289 supported local links); 108 unittest cases discovered, 106 passed and two local symlink-creation skips; staged diff check passed. The application's six top-level Go tests and eight engine subcases passed, as did vet, the corrected README build command and help/version checks. Historical source was rejected as stale; fresh scoped records passed. The application repair is committed on a separate local branch and is not part of this framework PR.
This is a controlled authoring-session case. Independent task-plus-link adoption, real organization policy, scanners, team connectors and production acceptance remain untested.

6bac6269f6ffb161cb8d8fce643c54abc5ae55c6: PR CI and push CI succeeded. PR logs show all 108 tests passing with no skips on each Windows/Linux Python 3.10/3.13 job, alongside repository validation and diff checks.
