* Why?

Both the regular fp8 and cuda graph variant of the Nano v3 E2E accuracy
test have non-zero accuracy failure rates (ranging from 0.5% to 3%
depending on the week). When they did fail, it was usually by a hair
(35.111 vs a 35.123 threshold).

* What?

This commit slightly lowers the threshold and xfail from the flaky test.
