Parity with web description link UX (#4636): host-only labels when the description field is not focused (full URL in tooltip and stored HTML unchanged), visible
1–9keycap hints beside the description card, Mod+Shift+Enter opens the link at the caret, bare 1–9 opens links when focus is not in the description or another editable text field.VERDICT: INCOMPLETE (CompassUI unit tests added; macOS CI required on this PR)
