What and why

Production and staging-cloud calendar deploys regenerate ~/compass/compass.yaml from .github/workflows/_deploy-environment.yml, which wrote sync.callbackBaseUrl from FRONTEND_URL but omitted sync.postConnectRedirectUrl. Manual edits (for example https://www.compasscalendar.com on prod) were wiped on each full deploy, so compass-sync logged sync.postConnectRedirectUrl is not set at startup.

This change emits postConnectRedirectUrl from the same FRONTEND_URL GitHub Environment variable used for web.url, matching local ensure-sync-config behavior and config docs. A cloud deploy health check fails if the field is missing or does not match FRONTEND_URL, covering production and staging-cloud.
