What and why
Anonymous local-mode users already get a third-write save toast (trial copy, opens sign-up) and a signed-in-only connect-calendar overlay. WP-03 (#4090) called for an anonymous connect nudge that was never wired. This adds a single dismissible bottom card after 3 anonymous calendar writes (same constant as the toast) with Google-focused copy, OAuth signup handoff, and flat funnel events
connect_prompt_shown/connect_prompt_clicked/connect_prompt_dismissed(events_created_count,provider=google). Clicks use signup sourcelocal_mode_connect_promptsosignup_startedandoauth_redirect_startedstay in the existing funnel. Prompt clicks are excluded from PostHog dead-click capture viadata-local-mode-connect-promptandph-no-rageclick.Verify
