Fixes #4496
Anonymous mode now shows the web's “On this device only” calendar row with a trial explanation instead of a visibility checkbox. The anonymous calendar stays visible, while additional calendars with local events retain visibility controls and keyboard picks. The signup dialog owns its keyboard scope and closes on Escape.
