Adds a short pointer to the estate-wide agent contract at
workspace/CLAUDE.md, so a session working in a single-repo clone finds the conventions — most importantly the prefixed PR label taxonomy, which is the thing that most often goes wrong. A pointer rather than a copy, so thirty repositories cannot drift apart. See JorisJonkers-dev/workspace#26 and #50.
