After an installation, cards previously retained their old installed version and actions until the next manual update check. Refresh every card's local installation, icon and environment status when the installer exits, including Open setup and unsuccessful maintenance runs. Preserve cached release metadata so GitHub cooldowns do not block the refresh.
Validation: 233 automated assertions passed, including real process-exit fixtures for installing and removing two local apps and the existing UI layout checks. Bumps the release to 1.3.1.
