Adds 93 roadmap.sh roadmaps as reference resources in the matching subcategories, in en-US and pt-BR. Two were already listed: the home page and the backend roadmap. Each roadmap page was checked live (HTTP 200). Names and descriptions are written for IPL and the organization is roadmap.sh. Their licence allows sharing links but not republishing roadmap content, so only links are used. The README gains a Credits section.
