• combine the five open dashboard JavaScript Dependabot updates
• update Vue, ESLint, globals, happy-dom, and typescript-eslint in one lockfile refresh
• supersede Bump vue from 3.5.40 to 3.5.41 in /src/Immediate.Jobs.Dashboard/DashboardClient #112, Bump eslint from 10.8.0 to 10.8.1 in /src/Immediate.Jobs.Dashboard/DashboardClient #113, Bump globals from 17.8.0 to 17.9.0 in /src/Immediate.Jobs.Dashboard/DashboardClient #114, Bump happy-dom from 20.11.1 to 20.11.2 in /src/Immediate.Jobs.Dashboard/DashboardClient #115, and Bump typescript-eslint from 8.65.0 to 8.66.0 in /src/Immediate.Jobs.Dashboard/DashboardClient #116
• leave NuGet dependencies unchanged
