Hugging Face fetch is hard-coded as 'HF', and pulling from display is incompatible with the SVG use in a Node environment

Tested npm install and node scripts/export-tags.js successfully. The tag export completed with 521 unique tags. The version and release metadata updates look good. Approving.

Resolves the SVG import issue by just using the "platform" key for logging when the export tags script is run.
