My copy of #230, but supersedes it because I needed to add the missing dates to the
MODSattributes.Everything else is the same.
Change Summary
Adds a new MODS attribute to products that are affected by the updated SPICE attitude/spin kernels, per #215
Requires IMAP-Science-Operations-Center/sds-data-manager#1699
Testing
YOLO. Relying on CI to catch anything where this was hardcoded.
(I did verify the resulting YAML parsed and gave desired result.)
