Everything needed to reproduce the benchmark on a fresh Windows 11 machine: core toolchain and run loop, ODBC prerequisites (sqliteodbc manual install, 64-bit Office for ACE and fixture authoring, the ACE-redistributable warning), and the script-engine route - Python/R libraries, and the recipe for registering Power BI Desktop''s script providers (Python.Provider / R.Provider from Microsoft.PowerBI.Scripting.dll) into PQTest so script pairings run in-harness, including the integrated-Windows credential JSON and a verification query. Closes with the measurement discipline rules (first-pass discard, same-session comparisons, ratios as the portable number).
