GitHub Actions を最新安定版の checkout v7.0.1、setup-node v7.1.0、upload-artifact v7.0.2 に更新し、公式 gh-actions-lock v0.4.0 が生成した actions.lock を追加します。
各公式 release / action.yml で input/output と Node 24 の hosted runner 要件を確認しました。アプリ用の Node.js バージョン、権限、トリガー、run ステップ、artifact 名とパスは維持しています。
検証: gh actions-lock --verify-local、gh actions-lock --verify --no-interactive、git diff --check が成功。uses 行を除いた既存 YAML の同一性も確認しました。既存の Windows PR CI で実行結果を確認し、tag 限定の release は手動起動しません。ローカル build/test は他 Work と競合するため未実施です。
公式資料: lockfile、checkout、setup-node、upload-artifact。Require lockfile 設定やアプリ依存は変更していません。
