[codex] add MiniMax hosted models

Summary

• Adds MiniMax M3 and M2.7 to shared hosted model recommendations.
• Keeps generated dist artifacts in sync.
• Adds an npm override for esbuild@0.28.1 so tsup@8.5.1 no longer pulls the high-severity vulnerable esbuild@0.27.x range.
