Adds Google Play identifiers to existing device records: 31,903 files across smartphone / tablet / watch get
model_numbersandcodenamesfrom Google Play's publicsupported_devices.csv.source_urls.app/validate.py: the new id fields, optional battery/weight/brand country, anddevice_catalog.How matches were accepted
The staged matcher went through three sampled audit rounds:

Everything else (major-brand new devices, conflicts, possible duplicates, remaining review rows) stays in a hold queue and is not part of this PR.
