chore(deps): bump Stream Chat to 7.13.0 and Video to 1.35.0 - #106

- Chat 6.4.1 -> 7.13.0: drop the offline, state and ui-utils artifacts (folded into the client and ui-common), replace the plugin setup with ChatClientConfig, and move the call chat dialog to ChannelScreen and ChannelViewModelFactory with the v7 theme colors. - Video 1.0.4 -> 1.35.0: generated models moved to io.getstream.android.video.generated.models, isValidCallId is now isValidCallCid, token loading goes through TokenProvider, the debug menu uses rejoin() and migrate(), and the bundled renderscript-toolkit.aar is dropped because the SDK now ships it. - stream-android-push-firebase 1.1.7 -> 1.3.4 (the generator takes a context), stream-log-android 1.1.4 -> 1.3.4. - Kotlin 2.2.21, KSP 2.2.21-2.0.5 and Hilt 2.57.2 for Chat 7's Kotlin 2.2 metadata; AGP 8.13.1 and Gradle 8.13 so R8 can read it; and compileSdk 35 for the newer AndroidX artifacts.

Bumps Stream Chat 6.4.1 -> 7.13.0 (offline, state and ui-utils artifacts removed), Video 1.0.4 -> 1.35.0, push-firebase 1.1.7 -> 1.3.4 and stream-log 1.1.4 -> 1.3.4.
Chat 7.13 ships Kotlin 2.2 metadata, so Kotlin 2.2.21, KSP, Hilt 2.57.2, AGP 8.13.1 and Gradle 8.13 come with it, plus compileSdk 35. The bundled renderscript-toolkit.aar is removed because Video 1.35 ships its own copy and the two clashed.
Code follows the renames: ChannelScreen and ChannelViewModelFactory, nullable Video user fields, rejoin() and migrate() in the debug menu.
Checked with ./gradlew build (all variants, R8 release, spotless, lint). Not run on a device.
