- Local-first. Whatever can run on your own hardware runs on your own hardware. The servers above talk to Ollama, ComfyUI, Qdrant and MinerU on a machine I own.
- Read-only by default. Tools that create, update or delete are registered only behind an explicit flag, and every tool declares its MCP annotations.
- Decisions in writing. ADRs and specs live in the repository. Incidents get a root cause and a permanent fix.
- Async-first. I would rather write the design than narrate it in a meeting.

- Local-first. Lo que puede correr en tu hardware, corre en tu hardware.
- Read-only por defecto. Las herramientas que escriben solo se registran con un flag explícito.
- Decisiones por escrito. ADRs, specs y causa raíz documentada en cada incidente.
