Code Review

This pull request updates the README.md file by enhancing the Mermaid architecture diagram to include AI workloads, aSHARD VRAM pinning, and improved styling. Additionally, it updates the text to include external links for the Genesis Conductor Engine and the MIT License. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.

P2 Badge Use valid Mermaid frontmatter delimiters

This inline --- title: Arbiter Architecture --- is not valid Mermaid frontmatter; Mermaid requires the opening --- to be the only text on the first line and a separate closing delimiter before graph TD (per the Mermaid syntax docs). In README renderers such as GitHub, this line is parsed as diagram syntax rather than metadata, so the architecture diagram shows a Mermaid parse error instead of rendering.
