Timeline for website: We need a website to recruit applicants, host application, recruit advisory board, build Freshwater-UW public brand. Audience: Text is general for public, include specific details for applicants, links to dive deeper as needed.
Aug 17: Draft but live website on the old Freshwater webpage. Develop content on old website. Test links, etc.
Sept 10: Circulate application beginning of September.

Modules and Project in NSF: 4 modules and 4 project examples for webinar. We still need to go through the process to expand projects and tutorials during the week - focus on broadening outside of hydrology.

Tutorials needed - everything besides hydrology

Christina To Do - follow up with COEnv on timeline for the website. if we put an application out with a link to the old website are we stuck ?

Lily - work with Julia on the website content. Nicoleta will provide hyperlinks as needed. Add great materials for Waterhackweek to the presentations in labs - when FWI leaders give presentations. (dates, participation).

Team - focus on building a diverse foundation of participants in year 1.

2020 - Spring break again or first week in summer???
