@UnicornGunnerz this is the only section I didn't update as I'm not sure if the education program is still available or if we want to keep it.
Also, if we want to keep it, I'm not sure if we want to offer the Pro tier or the Open Source version.

PR #5382 (merged to main today) removed both Starter and Pro tiers, collapsing pricing to Enterprise-only. This branch had only removed Starter while keeping Pro and renaming self-hosted Starter to "Open Source". Per decision, adopted main's Enterprise-only state for the shared files (.eleventy.js, featureCatalog.yaml, features-table-base.njk, pricing/index.njk) and updated style.css and the feature-table buttons list, which still assumed multiple tiers, to match the single Enterprise column.

Description
Removed FlowFuse Cloud Starter tier and its references across the website, except for handbook and docs, that are being updated by Dimitrie in a separate PR.
Also, renamed the Self-hosted starter tier to "Open Source" on the pricing page and its references.
