Why

The first live generated loop-memory state allowed one initiative to select a chunk from another initiative. Global initiative priority is human-owned and must not be inferred from the most recently merged chunk.

What changed

• makes schema v2 a clean cut with exact integer validation and no schema-v1 compatibility path
• limits non-null successors to one canonical same-initiative Markdown contract and rejects foreign duplicates
• supports null successors through deterministic persistence, replay, rendering, signing, and verification
• binds replay to current protected main and scopes workflow credentials/signing material
• reconciles stale authored state for merged PRs Add idempotent authority mutation foundation #119, Plan AWS-first immutable artifact storage #120, and Automate signed post-merge loop memory #122
• keeps the GitHub PR template and canonical trust-bundle merge-intent contract identical
