Record the explicitly approved PR #117 merge, close the catalogue
reconciliation lifecycle, and preserve the already received AUTH-05B start
signal without activating runtime work in the memory PR.
What Changed And Why
Six durable Markdown records now agree that PR #117 merged as
4c5d4fc, finalhead
5b4ec96passed all checks, CAT is complete, and no implementation chunk isactive. AUTH-05B is next and needs no second start signal, but begins only after
this memory update merges.
Design And Alternatives
The existing post-merge memory pattern was reused. Starting AUTH-05B inside this
patch was rejected because implementation and memory closure are separate loop
steps. Requesting another start was rejected because the user already supplied
it and all durable state records that fact.
Scope And Product Behavior
Only loop memory, queue, initiative status, chunk map/contract, and review log
changed. There is no runtime, schema, migration, API, permission, workflow, test,
CI, dependency, or product behavior change.
Acceptance Proof And Checks
PR #117 merge/check facts were read from GitHub. Stale wording,
authorization-doc, artifact-contract, Markdown-link, internal-review-evidence,
loop-memory, and diff-integrity gates pass.
No tests were added, modified, removed, skipped, or weakened. Backend, Agent
Gates, and CodeRabbit passed on PR #117.
