Looks like actions/setup-node is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.

Closing as already applied, rather than merging.

The workflows in this repository are generated from one definition shared
across the repositories in this organisation, so a merge here would change a
file the next regeneration overwrites — the bump would silently revert and
this PR would reopen. A loop that looks like maintenance and is not.

The version you found is in the generator and shipped in the commit on main
above. This was a good catch: the pin was written this morning and was already
two majors behind when it was written, which is exactly the gap no assertion we
could write today would close.
