Regular desktop workspaces now discover installed Agent CLIs and native login state correctly. Version updates move to global settings, with verified macOS release downloads, isolated candidate checks, backups, and restart-based installation. Existing update links redirect to the global page.
CTF and penetration-testing workspaces gain separate persisted retention settings: archive after 15 idle days and delete already archived tasks after 30 idle days by default, with independent switches. Shared credential settings and narrow layouts are corrected.
Release metadata and changelog are updated to 0.4.2. The release retains Web and Linux amd64/arm64 containers and ships macOS arm64/x64 desktop packages only.
Validation: frozen Python dependency/import and generated-contract checks; 16 desktop tests; TypeScript and conversation/settings preference regression checks; production Web build. Native Agent detection and a complete backed-up desktop update/restart were also exercised locally.
