Fix the 0.4.1 Intel macOS desktop build. ONNX Runtime 1.26.0 no longer publishes Intel macOS wheels, so installing the bundled Python 3.13 environment fails before packaging.

Use ONNX Runtime 1.23.2 only for Python 3.13 on Intel macOS, where its official wheel satisfies Magika 1.0.3's requirement. Keep ONNX Runtime 1.26.0 in the lockfile for the other platforms. The bundled-runtime smoke now initializes Magika so an unusable model runtime blocks packaging.

Validation:

  • uv lock --check and frozen requirements export passed.
  • Locked cross-platform dry runs select 1.23.2 on Intel macOS and 1.26.0 on Apple silicon, Linux x86_64, and Windows x86_64.
  • The bundled Apple-silicon Python environment successfully initialized Magika.
  • The public snapshot scan, Go build, and production Web build passed.

The native Intel packaging and model-load check will run again before the 0.4.1 release is published.
