Fadrio's application controls now form a horizontally scrollable console: vertical percentage faders, aligned mute buttons, readable mixed/activity state and a logical application count. System/Light/Dark selection applies for the current session. A 940 × 680 default window keeps fixed-width strips usable down to 420 pixels through scrolling.
The user's requested Voicemeeter-inspired channel layout is recorded in ADR-0003 and the authoritative spec. Application identity, native command fan-out and gesture/reconnect behavior remain intact. Output controls are still pending; this advances FAD-0502 without closing it or the desktop qualification gate.
Validation: 111 managed tests (25 UI), two native tests and isolated PipeWire integration passed; format, six Python roadmap tests and audit passed. The actual XWayland desktop harness passed vertical drag to 37%, keyboard to 10%, mute, malformed PNG fallback and daemon restart during a drag. New reproducible captures show four logical fixture applications/five silent streams, mixed levels, mute, both themes and narrow layout. Native Wayland/KDE/scaling/screen-reader and installed-package qualification remain open.
