document-mcp has moved into packages/document-mcp in the ExaDev/documents.js monorepo. This repo is being archived after this PR merges and its final release goes out -- no further commits, releases, issues, or pull requests will be accepted here going forward.
This adds a banner at the top of the README pointing at the new home and making clear npm installs of document-mcp are unaffected (it keeps publishing under the same package name from the monorepo).
